I've been busy lately, working on crafts for my show and for relatives. I saw a great crafter at my last show who was doing recycled jeans bibs, so I took it my own direction. I got some jean material at the thrift store and used my thrift store buttons, too. The iron on transfers are already coming off with one washing, so I am pretty bummed and wonder if I should just remove them or cover them with something else. The plastic pocket at the bottom of most of them was my idea because Clayton's cousins, Olivia and Drake need the catch-all. (Esp., Olivia, who likes to get every morsel)
I have a big selection of hats in the works, maybe 3 more purses and 4 more puppets to make. I have ring bases to make fused glass rings, too.
These some new monsters to sell at the Pine Creek Bazaar. I am still perfecting the puppet design, so we'll see what I end up with. The cards are fun to make. I sew them directly to the card stock.
I made some more ornaments/pendants! Most of the photos show the front and the back. If you are interested in purchasing one of these, please let me know today, because I may sell them at the Pine Creek Holiday Bazaar tomorrow. There are more of these ornaments in an earlier post.
Clay refuses to pose for pictures, but sometimes will squint and grin. He got to trick or treat at a few houses. He couldn't say "trick or treat", but he did say thank you. I altered a recycled costume and made the shoes based on these.
