Haikus

I am so far behind on posting on the site. Sure, my goal was to write a Haiku a day. I have gotten behind, so I apologize. Here are several. I will try harder.

Keystone trip with Mom and Dad

Cardboard Sled Derby- Keystone

We participated in a cardboard sled derby this past weekend. Clayton was the beautiful butterfly from the end of The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle his favorite book. Clay wasn't too thrilled about hanging around waiting for the start of the race, but he's a trooper, and survived the wreck in the middle of the slope.

Projects and so on

Here's a pic of a really yummy breakfast casserole I made for a brunch we went to on the weekend.
Here are the booties I made recently. They were made from fabric samples and for the soles as well. That didn't always work well. The seams were small, so they frayed at times. Future booties won't be made with those... Hopefully they will fit Olivia and I think the tan tent booties might be okay for Drake.
